you go through their platform and there are about 5 questions each question should be answered in less than 5 minutes. an Ai reviews your answers and gives you a score out of 5.

Online assessment (approximately 30 minutes) that determines if you have what it takes to be successful at Vodafone - Pattern Challenge and Online Interview. Finally, an online live interview with the Resourcing Partner and Hiring Manager if you pass the previous assessment.

Two-part online interview: 1-Cognitive Assessment, 2-Video Interview. Cognitive assessment consists of two challenges: Number Challenge (finding patterns in numbers), and Pattern Challenge (deducing the missing pattern block based on given patterns). Video interview is generic. Non-technical questions. Tell me about yourself, what are your greatest strengths, etc..
