It was an entire day full of 3 interviews and a task that had to propose an innovative idea for different topics . You first started with a simple interview with Human Resources with simple questions , trying to introduce yourself . Then you have a semminar where they will explain you the assessment and the topic you will have. Out of the topic you have 1 hour to develop an innovative idea . Then in the afternoon you are called out to an interview as a podcast and you will have to sell the idea.

It was online assessment, consists of three phases First phase was Numerical assessment and second one is pattern assessment and finally a short video interview, and there is feedback immediately after you finish the assessment, it was how fast and correct you answer the questions
