Fill an application then made an interview , after that i gone to the company and made the interview with an agent , He asked me about my skills and if i have worked before at any agency then he told me about the result which was that I have been accepted then i got trained for 2 weeks

Asking about English , soft skills and what i knew about Telesales
It was a rigorous process consisting of different stages. Started with skills testing and then to a face to face interview. Skills test took about an hour to complete onsite, about half an hour to receive results to proceed to the next stage of the interview which was face to face.

The interview was long and a bit stretchy. There were two steps in the interview process; a technical interview involving skill testing, and a regular interview where one had to answer questions before a panel of two.
