talked over the phone first. asked about my residency and experience . interview in cafe and both interviewers are nice and friendly. got a phone call in few days and I got the job.
I applied online. After one week, I got the phone call from the area manager. It was a basic and easy phone interview. The next step is a face to face interview and got the offer after that. It was easy and friendly.

Entretien
The interview focused on previous experiences, such as "how have you dealt with a customer that has a short temper", etc. The interview also included scenario-based questions where potential hypotheticals were asked to test problem-solving and collaboration skills. Some assumed knowledge of Vodafone services were needed.
