The process took 3+ months. The interview was a phone call, which was very uncomfortable, the lady was rude and talked over me a lot. She asked me what mobile provider I was with amd I said O2 and she told me perhaps I’d be best of applying for a role at O2. She did not explain the questions properly or clearly so I had to ask her to repeat the questions and she ended the phone call saying she won’t be offering the job role to me. That was it.

Casual interview, few competency questions. Friendly staff, had two interviews one on the phone and one in person. Both were very casual, just wanted to get to know you more see if your the right fit for the job, was shown around the building, explained what job role will entail.
