I did the standard interview process which involved an online application, assessment tests and pre-recorded video answers. They started the application process very soon - February 2018 and by August 2018 they still haven't given a final answer. Furthermore, they're still accepting applications. What a silly application procedure. By the time people eventually get an answer, it's obvious that they already forgot about Vodafone and that are working somewhere else.
This literally gives an awful image to how the company see possible future employees.
The interview process was smooth and clear. The general ability questions were so easy, I solved them quickly. The personality test wasn’t too long either, and I enjoyed answering the questions. It felt well-organized.

They asked me to analyze a table with patterns and explain my thinking. It tested my abstract thinking skills, like understanding shapes and sequences, which I found interesting and challenging.

Assessment centre which had 4 stations, group task with presentation at the end, individual interview, planning for individual presentation and presentation, said they would get back to successful candidates on the phone and email the rest but got a call to say I was not successful
Part of an inspiration day and workshop, interview was with a manager who asked generations. It was a bit claustrophobic as it was in a phone booth and not a proper office. The interviewer asked questions on technology but weren’t very familiar with technology shows if they were referenced (even common bbc ones)
