Online video interview, but a recorded one not live. It consists of 6 questions. You'll have 30 seconds to think of the answer before it starts recording your answer, and answer time varies between 1-3 minutes.

Very friendly interviewee, was split into two parts. One phone call interview & another face to face interview (over Microsoft teams). This was for a home based job. Asked you to read up on a role play 30 mins before second interview which gets sent over. Very help ful team

Face to face interview, answer questions re customer service etc sell your self well you will be ok. Dress smart be positive and enthusiastic. Listening task too. Easier than filling out this form though.
