the phase interview , first we had a skype interview and then i am sent to the manager face to face. i am not an HR guy but they were looking for non-English speaker hr advisors for the position. So i give a go because i wanted to live in Hungary for a time. I am an educated IT guy , but i would take the position.

2 stage interview. One with the recruitment company and one with the Vodafone HR Team member. The first was screening and the second was more customer service dedicated. They also checked my excel knowledge with a small test.
