      Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Vodafone

      This was the most poor and disrespetful interview process in my life. I had three interviews. The first one was with HR. When they called, the reception was awful and they could hardly hear my answers. I then made it to the second stage. HR said this would be for a Community Executive role. True I had applied for both roles but they did not explain anything about the first interview at all. I called to ask if it is for the manager role and they reassured me it was, but it is called executive only internally. Then yet another HR person called to say that it was indeed the executive and not manager role. He said my experience does not match the manager role.I then had a nice interview with one of the hiring managers who said ny experience was more suited to the manager role. Afterwards I got an invitation for a third in-person interview, this time for the manager role again. Noboday from HR bothered to clear my confusion and clearly state which role it is...On top of this the slot was moved a couple of times at very last minute notice and I wasted time off. When it happened the third interview was nice again but I did feel misled a bit as it made me feel I was a good match. Then I did not hear back for over a week. I chased HR and they said I was not selected and did not give me any feedback at all. I then expressed my annoyance with the disrespectful and confusing process. They tried to bring thingx around but in vain as they said ot is absolutely normal to change the roles halfway through due to the experience. It was an awful process. Avoid at all costs! Avoid as much as using their services which are provenly appalling!

      The interview was a scenario based interview set up over three stages questions covered areas such as previous experience of certain scenarios and how I dealt with them. The interviews lasted around 45 minutes with the hiring manager.
