Completed an initial application and was then invited to complete an amplitude test about three weeks later. After another three weeks I found out I had successfully passed the test and was invited for a video interview. This involved answering set questions into a camera online. None of the questions were technical in the slightest and a number of the questions asked were completely irrelevant such as what makes good customer service (I’m not applying to in their call centre or stores...). After a number of weeks later they weren't progressing my application without any feedback. Overall a very poor experience considering the amount of time that was taken between each stage of the application and the failure to ask any relevant questions for the job. I would not recommend.

Initially there are some recorded interview questions and pattern recognition test. Next was in person assessment centre. Had 2 case studies - 1 individual and 1 group one. Also had a personal interview

Entretien
Online application, online HireVue with some logic questions and short video questions about motivations and previous experience. If passed, the next stage is an in-person assessment centre with multiple stages. We had a group task and some data to analyse, then an individual behavioural interview, and another individual presentation with some preparation time. Overall vibe was positive, I have enjoyed the in-person assessment day, and left me with positive perception of Vodafone.

There are 3 stages to the interview, the application stage where you send the application, the online assessment stage which a hireview video interview and logical reasoning tests and an assessment centre.
