It was a pleasant experience. First half typical HR interview questions and introduction part. 2nd half was a competency based interview. I applied from abroad, the interview was conducted via video conference.

The interview process was very smooth and they communicated with us very well at each stage. The group assessment stage was quite difficult and long. However, they did give the results of the assessment and interview quite quickly.

3 phases for the interviews but was pretty smooth and friendly. The last interview was a bit challenging as they asked questions about stakeholders and what you understand their role would be.
