The interview format is semi-formal and conversational. Standard competency questions are asked and there is a good (but quiet) vibe around the office. Despite my concerns about negative reviews around the company, I put in the effort to attend bothe the first and second stage interviews - each lasting an hour and each having gone very well. I should have gone with my gut as the recruiter told me the company wanted to take me on, then I was made to wait 10 days because they suddenly weren't ably to allocate budget to this role and so it did not go ahead. Shocking lack of organisation, clarity and professionalism.
