      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Vizance (Hartford, WI) en mai 2023

      Entretien

      I applied through Indeed for an Account Manager position. Was contacted by an HR rep Katie who made the job/company seem really great and I was excited to get to the next steps. I then interviewed at the Milwaukee office with Ryan who was really great and again I was really excited about the opportunity and furthering the process. Next steps were to interview at Hartland, corporate office, with Jeff (CEO), Andy (CFO), and Dimas (VP or something). The whole interview was a terrible vibe and it seemed like they were basically trying to convince me to not take the job. I felt really insulted the entire time and thought to myself multiple times I should just get up and walk out of here. Ive never been in an interview with a company that made me feel like this. I also felt the entire time they were mocking my experience, I work in the InsureTech space, and credentials and that was pretty wild to me and then I realized technology probably scares them. If you want to make 200 calls a week (per there actual words) and go door to door like a sleezeball asking anyone and everyone to buy insurance this is the job for you. This company clearly hasnt gotten with the times and definitely havent realized there are much more efficient ways to do things on the insurance side. Technology is a great too but not to them.
