Got recruited through LinkedIn. Had a phone interview with the recruiter at Vivint and then had a phone interview with the hiring manager. I then was brought in a week later and did 2 back to back interviews with different groups. The fun exciting culture immediately stood out to me when I walked in. A few weeks later I was offered employment.
