Unorganized & unprofessional! I was contacted by a recruiter saying they would like to have a screening interview for the role, we both agreed on a set time...when the agreed time approached, I waited and waited and however, the call never came, I followed up via email, and the recruiter said “sorry, can we reschedule” (2 days later - I would like to think this is due to a break down in the process rather than blaming the person) but then a few days later, I had gotten an email saying that I was not chosen for the role. I didn’t even have a chance to interview. I have since stopped looking at Vivint for further employment opportunities due to the lack of professionalism and organization.
