There was a phone interview, which was relatively brief. I was asked to come in to a meeting at a college where they were hosting interviews all day. My immediate manager-to-be was there, as well as his manager (regional) and they both sat me down and asked a lot of questions. These were pretty typical corporate interview questions.
Process was via MS teams, so I had to download and install that. I was dressed business casual for the interview and the interviewer was wearing a Beanie and sweatshirt. Interview went well and seemed like I was going to get hired, I was told I was exactly what he was looking for. I was told someone would reach out by the end of the week, nobody did. I had to reach out and find out they hired someone else.

Alot of questions about your job history and what would you do in a safety related situation. Getting to know you as a person. They are very picky i feel but as long as you show good character, you will get the job successfully.

first got a phone call from HR and talked about the job. asked about when I could interview. then video and met the manager in the area. overall not a bad process since the job is remote and we don't have to meet at a office
