Job application was initially submitted on LinkedIn and I got a response within a few days. Had an initial 15 minute screening call then a longer 1 hour first round interview then a task to complete. Throughout the process the Vitl team was highly communicative. They challenged me on question answers as it’s clear they are a very switcher on team. Personally I liked that approach. Overall it was a very positive experience. Even though I was not made an offer, they provided detailed feedback on why this was the outcome.
