First I was contacted by the hr department for an initial phone screen. This was in response to a resume drop that I had taken part in. There was a second phone screen after which I was called in for two onsite interviews. The first was with the assistant director. It was informal, very informative and very well done. I learned a lot sitting through the interview about the functionality of a tech consulting role. Major questions were about my background and various teams I had been part of.
