The interview process included an initial phone screening with HR, followed by an in person interview with the hiring manager. Questions focused on experience, skills, and cultural fit. Communication was clear, and the overall process took about a month odd.
Interview was a mix of technicals and skills (soft skills).

Very smooth, the HR staff is very helpful during the process and can provide clear information. There were clear email communications regarding the interview procedure. The interview time was very flexible. Interview was through web as the stakeholders are outside of HK.
