they focussed on mostly on pointers, even they mention any language is fine, but in the interviews they are giving importance to the c++ and pointers, even if u know java that does't matter

First round is online test consisting of MCQ. Second round is GD followed by a technical and HR rounds. May be there will be two technical rounds.
Group discussion was not for eliminating, It was just to test communication skills.
