The interview process was smooth. However, I noticed a couple of downfalls from the interviewer:
1. Noisy background - only fare to have quiet places to conduct the interview and not just for the candidate. It has to go both ways.
2. Focused on Job title alignment vs actual skill - job titles today vary however, the skills one possesses should carry more weight.
3. Non-chalant interviews - be more warm towards candidates and not robotic, a conversation approach in interviews is key in today's hiring market
