Initial interview was long, much longer than expected- about 3.5 hours. After the interview was done, a homework assignment was given to write an essay about being a good fit for the part. I appreciated the steps taken for finding a perfect candidate, but it was a lot of pressure and felt like too much for a first interview, especially after such a long process. Because really, although I was seeking employment, I was also interviewing them too.
