Part of the interview process included submitting answers to a screening questionnaire before a virtual interview. The questionnaire covered duties in relation to the role, past experience with managing teams, proficiency with multimedia software, interest in the organization among others

Have you managed teams previously? If so, how many team members have you managed? Have they been freelancing or on staff? What were their titles and functions in multimedia?

Four months of interviews. Yes, you read that right. No interview process should take that long. Granted HR was communicative but nonetheless the process was long, tedious, and frankly unnecessary.

Entretien
Three stages - The first, a screening with the HR, the second a technical assessment with the hiring manager (Global Director), and the third, with a panel of the two above, the Vice President programs, and the Senior Lead, Global Evaluation and Research. The questions were straight forward and interview structured over a period of three months. The last stage with panelists and it involved presenting a Research and Evaluation Plan that you prepared earlier.
