Went for the initial zoom call before I was called down for a face-to-face interview. They seemed to have many other interviewees as well. Was nervous but maybe I was lucky, my interviewer was very friendly. I like how she made the session like a conversation rather than just a Q&A.

They looked like they are mass hiring in all of their subsidiaries, went a few weeks back and there is a queue for interview. No basic, fully based on commission which will only be told when you attend the interview.
