Generic phone screening then interview that was a few generic questions from Verison (the kind written by a committee) then a slightly disorganized discussion where the job description did not match the job they were hiring for at all (entirely different field). They then gave a timeline and ghosted. Then reposted the incorrect job posting 2 weeks later

1 phone screen with HR, 1 video interview, 4.5 hour in person interview meeting with lots of people. Process was ok. You can tell they’re reading questions off a list. Since it’s technically Verizon hiring you, it’s very antiquated. Follow up post interview was pretty poor. They mentioned making a decision “next week” and 4 weeks later finally got some generic response.
