First had a recruiter screen, then a conversation with hiring manager with verbal case studies, then meetings with several team members. Took a while to get everything scheduled, had to bump the recruiter several times.

El proceso fue demasiado impersonal, no tuve novedades de parte de RRHH por bastante tiempo luego de la primer entrevista. No llegué a una segunda, y duró aproximadamente 20 minutos. Me entrevistó una persona de USA a pesar de la posición ser para Argentina.

Technical and Hiring manager and teamnmembers you will work with and also with HR, it's an informal meeting.technical rounds are to know your understanding.

It was not too long and was relatively straightforward. Managers were kind and interested in knowing the candidate well. It was less technical than expected but also not abnormal for a senior manager level job.
