The selection process consisted of an initial online assessment to evaluate technical skills, followed by an in-person interview that focused on problem-solving abilities, project experience, and team fit. A prior orientation of the company's workings was also given by regional managers.

Mostly behavioral and questions on resume. Talked about prior projects and dove deeper on that. No coding or technical questions. Two 30 minute back to back one with hiring manager and another with 2 people on the team.
