First step is a 15 min conversation with the HR. I had delightful conversation. The person was very encouraging and shared a lot of details about the team and the process of the hiring. The second step was a 30 minute interview with the hiring manager who was San Fran based. I thought it went well, but I didnt get past that round. If I would have crossed that stage they would give an assignment/ case study and then an interview with the head of research.
