Most disorganized interview process I ever experienced.
Applied somewhere in November. After few weeks got an email to confirm certain details like salary expectations, right to work etc. Took few weekend to schedule the call with recruiter to confirm that same details. Then I had call with hiring manager, very smart individual and really good questions, I enjoyed it. Took 2 weeks to confirm next round with 3 directors, chat with them was rather friendly and more on the culture fit. Then 2 weeks of silence when I got email that I’m invited to final
30 minute round, and hour later I got the email from another person that I should ignore the other email
And that they need couple of weeks to check stuff internally and if I have any questions, I should ask. I was then absolutely ghosted to this day, even though I sent 3 emails just to confirm if role of cancelled or they got internal candidate tool or whatever. No answer.
Ridiculous waste of time and lack of basic decency.
I will add that overall in between interview there was no person leading the recruitment. Usually there is silence between interview and suddenly you get email you get through and have 3 time slots for the next few days. Even when I confirmed right away I would to get confirmation until day before, so it keeps you hanging not knowing if you have interviews next day or not.
If that’s how this company is run internally, then hard to imagine working there.
On that note / emplyeees I spoke to where smart and very nice.

Its a 3 stages interview, recruiter, Pm, senior Pm, mostly behaviour questions with some prioritisation questions also product sense questions, the important thing is to talk clearly and making sure that the pm understands what you saying, he is not going to ask you to clarify, if you say unclear words he is not going to transcribe them making you lose points

Knowledge about payments industry is tested. Should have a good know-how of digital solutions e.g. tokenization, APIs etc. Should have background in Financial services or banking or consulting or fintech
