The interview process consisted of 2 interviews over the phone. The interviews were with leadership members of the team that was hiring. The recruiter called a few days later and extended an offer.

Just wanted to see if you were fit for the company/role. There were minimal technical questions, mostly behavioral and fit.

Entretien
One on-campus interview and three phone interviews. Questions were entirely behavioral, and the interviewers will expect you to have a basic knowledge of the payments industry and to have some good questions about the company. Was asked to recall experiences that demonstrated the skills they were looking for and asked how I would handle various conflicts. Interviewers were very friendly and the process was more of a two-sided conversation than an interrogation.

Coordinated interview with campus recruiter followed by quick 30 minute behavioral interview with hiring manager. Spoke with manager to determine what the position's responsibilities were, what the team did, and determine if there was a fit. Offer came about a week later.
