Long but wait is worth it. Hiring process took 4 months because of the background check. Company has great core values and competitive compensation. The company invests in latest technology to aid employees to be more efficient in their job. There's a lot of changes going on which is difficult for a new hire.

I was called initailly and phone screened by a recruiter...I was then dragged along, week after week with last minute rescheduling, several strings of interviews and lots of empty words..Interviewers were disorganized and all over the place.
