Visa recruiting team is very bad at communication with the candidate. Even after multiple follow-ups, the recruiter doesn't respond. Either it is a pass or fail, deal with the candidate with empathy, treat them well. provide constant updates. Going with out any update for more than a week and suddenly getting a standard template rejection message is too bad. Treat applicants as Huamans, not robots. If you don't capacity to engage more candidates don't hire till you have proper recruiting team. May be Visa is great but people are the first

Interview process is around 3-4 weeks , they evaluate multiple candidates and arrive the decision , hence it took more than 3 weeks to complete the process. First round is technical and second round is Hiring manager round and third round is again technical questions related to Data structures and project you have worked on and questions on API, UI and mobile automation testing.
