J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Visa Inc. (Austin, TX) en oct. 2018
Entretien
Interviewer didn't seem prepared or particularly interested. He pretty much just explained his role at Visa, then went down my resume and asked me questions about it/made me elaborate on my experiences. Most of our conversation seemed awkward mostly because he didn't seem prepared.
the interview typically includes an initial recruiter screen, technical or role specific assessment, and manager or panel interviews, focusing on skills, problem-solving, and cultural fit, often concluding with final HR discussion.
The Visa Corp interview process typically consists of a 4–6 week, 3-to-5 step process: initial recruiter screening, a technical online assessment, and 2-4 rounds of virtual or in-person interviews with hiring managers and team members. Focus areas include behavioral questions, technical skills (DSA, SQL, coding), and case studies.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What do your parents do for work? Where do you live? Do you commute?
The interview was two rounds with a case study and a personal fit round. The interviewers were very friendly. The case study was an hour long and required some finance knowledge.
