Applied for the position and received a call from HR. They scheduled a quick interview to chat about experience. This was followed by an interview with the hiring manager and another employee over the phone. HR reached out back to me asking to schedule a Skype interview with three individuals. This was the worst part as I had my audio/video functioning where the interviewees didn't have their video, so they were able to see me and I was not. A lot of the questions were really behavioral and “old school" and scripted kind of questions rather than having a more relevant conversation to the role. After the second round of interviews, I didn't hear from anyone and didn't hear back up until their position was filled (automated message), which took over a month. The company seemed to be operating off old technologies and have a lot of bureaucracy.
