Phone interview and then panel interview. Very laid back and comfortable. They asked questions regarding my work history and personality. The interview lasted about an hour and I was offered the position 3 weeks later

The recruiter out to me for a call. After that went well, I got scheduled with a call with the hiring manager. It went for about 30 minutes. I asked about the process and there about 3-5 interview rounds.
