The interview started with a series of competency test, skill, behavior etc. Then there was a series of panel phone interviews.. I was a little put off by subordinates interviewing me, it was hard not to embarrass them with the little attitude and prepared questions they obviously had. The interview was very candid. The panel wanted to check motivation and previous work experience. There were some basic behavioral questions and resume based questions. The process was quite smooth

I felt like they care about me and the process, proper interview with several managers / VPs attending. They kept me informed of the process the whole time. The interview was moderately difficult, not easy, not hard. More about personal attributes than hard tech or business facts.

Referrals would work better or you'll sit within their system for months. Talent team do not reach out. The recruiter will reach out via WhatsApp and call first to arrange first interview with hiring manager.
