J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Visa Inc. (Los Angeles, CA) en déc. 2015
Entretien
I interviewed for an intern for an analyst.
Mostly behavioral question. An interviewer was supportive. My advice is that be confident, know your resume top to bottom, and don't lie. Practice few times with your roommates and you will be fine. I thought they would seek to test my technical skills. So, I reviewed my notes and books for several days. Unfortunately, they didn't ask any question to test my hard skills.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What did you do when you worked in that restaurant (in my resume)? How did you handle angry costumers?
the interview typically includes an initial recruiter screen, technical or role specific assessment, and manager or panel interviews, focusing on skills, problem-solving, and cultural fit, often concluding with final HR discussion.
The Visa Corp interview process typically consists of a 4–6 week, 3-to-5 step process: initial recruiter screening, a technical online assessment, and 2-4 rounds of virtual or in-person interviews with hiring managers and team members. Focus areas include behavioral questions, technical skills (DSA, SQL, coding), and case studies.

Question 1
What do your parents do for work? Where do you live? Do you commute?
The interview was two rounds with a case study and a personal fit round. The interviewers were very friendly. The case study was an hour long and required some finance knowledge.
