After two phone screens, I was flown into their SF office for an afternoon of interviews. It was evident that the team was uncoordinated and did not communicate with each other - they did not know how long the process was supposed to last and who was even supposed to interview me! After completing the in-person interviews, I was asked for a further Skype interview upon arriving home. The entire process was extraordinarily drawn out - I followed up on my status on a weekly basis for months on end, and I ended up not even hearing back from them. Incredibly rude and inconsiderate, considering the same long drawn out process had happened when I interviewed with them for another position a few months back.

Phone screen, then passed to the next round but suddenly got an automated email that the position closed so i wasn’t able to interview. I sent an email to the recruiter after saying I was still interested in other opportunities and she didn’t respond.

Easy to navigate with smart recruiters on where you are in the process. Recruiter is responsive within 1-2 days of emailing. Clearly defined interview process, behavioral questions and problem-solving scenarios. Only 1 expected panel interviewer was a no-show but everyone was very apologetic and said it was an emergency for them.

1) there is a initial screening interview with basic info about profile and the role
2) Hiring manager round has more deep dive into product and payments related questions
3) there are three interviews in super day - one technical interview with SQL and database questions
Second is a product question with case studies
Third is a stakeholder question with questions focused on behavioral situations
