The process was fast and it was with standard recruitment steps. The people were nice. The feedback was lacking why wasn't I chosen, even though the interview went pretty good. They said that they would reach out as they were going to look for other candidates soon. But guess what, they didn't. I saw the opening and applied, but didn't even get any communication after that. HR/Recruiters should do better, especially with candidates that they promise they would reach out.

Entretien
They have 4 steps in total for the interview. HR call, a home task, a call with the VP of Sales, and a call with the hiring manager. The steps are pretty clear. The people were very nice. I really liked the conversations. It wasn’t like an interrogation. I made it to the final stage; however, I didn’t receive an offer. One thing that stood out was that they called me to let me know, which was a personalized way, and it shows great culture. Another thing for improvement is that they need to define the profile before they and the candidate put effort into the process.
