Initially you will have a discussion with a program manager followed up by interview with a Delivery Head(Director or VP). I had a third interview with an SVP before the final discussion with HR.

long and spread out over a few months. multiple interviews, but the current interviewer had no idea about the previous interview, so same question was asked multiple times.
