Two extremely concrete and nice interviews during the recruitment process. Soft conversation with Ms Paulina Rydzewska and the second one - purely technical discussion with the real experienced .Net tech expert - Mariusz Turczyniak . Both meetings at a fantastic level, which allowed both parties to get to know each other, their expectations regarding the work. Extremely professional approach, very encouraging to start cooperation with the Company.

2 Levels of interview.
1st Level - 1 hour interview of technical questions with Virtusa consultant.
The interviewer was based in India. Optional for camera to be ON/OFF.
The questions are about .NET (MVC, .NET core, C#, SQL)
2nd Level - Technical questions with Client (CBA on my end)
Did not reach this stage
Coding Assessment: The initial round involved coding questions.
Technical Interview: Followed by a technical interview.
HR Interview: Lastly, you had an interview with the HR team. Overall, it was a positive experience!

It was average but they asked about front end and not majorly on C#.It was not from my profile. The interview was on the .net profile and asked all about javascript completely.
