The interview process went smoothly. IN a week, there were 2 technical rounds followed by a managerial and HR round. The interview questions were mainly based on telecom domain experience

Technical Round was scheduled initially. Didn't expect more than 2 hour long session. So it was a surprise and had an impact on performance during the interview process.
There was one more technical round scheduled later followed by HR round.

Very unprofessional. Waste of time. Got contacted by a recruiter who spoke very little english and was hard to understand. In a few days he sent me an email to confirm a phone interview at 8 am next morning.
I called the listed conference call number but for 20 minutes nobody was on that conference call.. Emailed the recruiter no answer. Than in 25 minutes recruiter finally joins the meeting and says or by the way it's rescheduled!
