Never ever attend interview. The recruiter in US did not have courtesy to respect candidate time. He kept calling me repeatedly asking for to change interview availability. Once interview is over, he did not even respond on the result.

Entretien
I first spoke to a Virtusa recruiter in March of 2017, had an interview with their to their design lead and completed the design exercise. Despite numerous follow-ups, I didn't receive a single response, not once. Fast forward to January of 2018 and they contact me to see if I'm still interested in the position, but quickly revert to their unresponsiveness. After two weeks of silence, they asked if I could attend a leadership meeting three hours away, with no offer of transportation reimbursement. There was some back and forth, but ultimately they choose not to be responsive. This seems like a horrendous way to conduct recruiting.
