The hiring process was very simple and job seeker friendly. The company is aggressively using job portals to filter out candidates and the HR persons are skilled with the knowledge of the field they are recruiting. So, in the very basic screening process (telephonic), candidate is able to judge whether he is a good fit for the job or not. Based on the screening outcome, they call candidate for detailed interview by technical experts followed by a client interview if required (using high-end video conferencing facility). The process gets completed with a few days. I found it very much convenient.
