Entretien
I applied for the position online and VITA approached me for an interview. There were 4 people in the room and they asked a standard set of questions. This was a new position so I felt like they were looking for a lot of direction. However, it was clear early on that they did not know what an auditor was. I was asked several questions about my experience managing policies and setting up frameworks. Yes they were filling out a standard set of questions. Very few of their questions were applicable to someone with an audit background. There are independent issues with us managing policies and setting up IT frameworks.

I was asked to write an email to a manager, that I have not met, to tell her about a finding within her department. I had 20 minutes to write the email.
