Despite the attempts of the Recruitment team to say I had withdrawn my application when I hadn't I had the interview. It was pretty informal but still structured around a personality type questionnaire. Interviewer was 10 minutes late and was "standing in". I then heard nothing for around 3 weeks, and the Virgin Media online "VOLT" recruitment portal was useless.

Lots of competency type of questions, both positive and negative. They are happy to give a good long overview of the company and the job. It was a standard interview experience.
