I applied on August 18th. Later that day I received an email to complete an online interview. You have 72 hours from receiving the email to complete the online interview. Basically you have between 1-3 minutes to answer the question. They give you 30 seconds to a minute to read the questions and collect your thoughts. It's fairly easy, but a little nerve wracking. Make sure you look into the camera and not at yourself on the screen. Talking to nobody is a little awkward, but you are able to do a practice interview prior to the real one. Questions are all customer service related, I found all of them on here. Just be sure to practice before hand and you should be just fine! I took my mine on the 21st. On the 23rd I received and email from a recruiter to set up a phone interview. I scheduled mine for the 24th. It was very short, maybe 15 minutes or so. Not really an interview, they just ask if you have any visible tattoos or piercings other than earlobes and talking about the job specifics. Then they set up a date for the F2F interview. I had mine on August 30th at the SeaTac airport. My interview was not a group interview, just me and the interviewer. He was super nice and the interview was very laid back. I am still waiting to hear back to see if I got the job or not! Below are questions asked during the F2F interview.

Process took about a month . You fill the app , take a test than they invite you to a video interview . Pass that , they will email you for a phone interview and you pick the time convenient for you . They call you takes about 15 min , if you pass they invite you to the group interview /1x1... but you really go through 2 separate interviews. I personally thought I did awesome . I participated in the ice break game , I felt I did my best and was very clear in what I wanted which was the job .. I have 15 years of customer service experience , I showed them I really wanted the job and I thought my personality was what they were looking for... I was so excited after going through my second interview I honestly thought I got the job for sure !!! Btw there were about 30 candidates there and they were looking to hire as many people that fit the position ...they called my name at the end to let me know that my journey as ended there. I was not told why ... I prepared for this interview and stayed up the night before just peeping myself because this is my dream job and I was so anxious to be a virgin America team member . They said during the group interview just have Fun and be yourself and that's exactly what I did . They lost a good one :( oh well life goes on ... another airline will be lucky enough to have me that's for sure ! :)

Applied on august 18, was invited for a one way video interview on the 19th and completed the interview on the 22nd. Super easy interview just the fact that you're talking to yourself made kinda awkward 😣

After initially applying, they send you an email to take a video interview. The questions asked are similar to any job interview. Then after the video interview, someone will give you a call to schedule a live group interview.
