Entretien
Initial phone interview was conducted professionally. Second interview was abysmal. They were clearly unprepared for the interview, didn’t seem to have a good understanding of fundamental sales management. They asked how I would manage without B2C sales experience when I was clear that I have strong B2C experience. Seems like they didn’t read my resume or listen to my answers to the questions. Why have an interview then? I not only have over 10 years experience in B2C sales but directly coaching and managing sales teams in the health and fitness space with historic data on outperforming KPIs and Targets. Concerned with the unprofessional and unprepared nature of the interview that lasted 15 minutes. Absolute waste of time.
