1st round was a group interview with 2 other potential hirees. They ask each individual questions, relatively short 15-20 min, and say they will follow up with those that are selected. It seems like they select everyone, they were scheduling 2nd rounds at the end of the 1st round Zoom call. 2nd round is 1 on 1, standard interview questions. They end with, pay structure which is sort of vague, I'm still unclear on if they offer salary base or if it is 100% commission. Final question, essentially they have a lot of applicants, why should they pick you.
