Fairly straight forward. Feedback could have been clearer. Got good verbal feedback throughout the process. Went for an in person interview that seemed to go well, but didn't hear back for over a month. I understand I didn't get the job but there was zero communication and I had to hound the recruiter, who then gave me a one sentence reply.
